Minor Release Information
All Minor Participants, or any person(s) under the age of 18, MUST have Minor Release Forms completed and signed by BOTH Parents in order to enter the Pit Area at New Smyrna Speedway.
A new Minor Release Form is required every Calendar Year as per insurance regulations.
Forms may be filled out at the Pit Gate provided both Parents are present, or ahead of time. Forms not filled out in the presence of Track Officials must be Notarized.

Any Minor that does not have the appropriate paperwork completed and on file with the New Smyrna Speedway office will NOT be admitted into the Pit Area.
Completed forms may be dropped off at the Track Office, or mailed to:
