2011 Track Rental Information

Track Rental Prices:

• Track Rental for all New Smyrna Speedway drivers is $100.00/hr plus tax ($107.00/hr) per Team, not including EMT.

• Track EMT is $15.00/hr (2-hour minimum) that is to be paid directly to EMT at time of service.

Policy / Procedures:

• Reservations should be made minimum of 36 hours in advance to ensure scheduling of EMT.

• Track EMT is REQUIRED any time that vehicle(s) are on the Track. There is a (2) two hour minimum for EMT. EMT is paid directly by race team at time of service.

• All participants (Driver, Crew and Overcrew) MUST check-in at Track Office and sign release form(s).

• All vehicle(s) must have all Safety Equipment prior to entering the track surface.

• Driver(s) must wear full flame-retardant driving suit; full face helmet or helmet with safety goggles, glasses or shield; racing shoes; racing gloves. Driver(s) must utilize all safety harnesses.

• All billing including Track Rental and EMT starts at scheduled arrival time, no exceptions.

• Team is responsible for clearing track surface of any/all debris left by vehicle(s) prior to leaving the facility.

• Any Driver(s) that has an outstanding balance from prior rental is required to pay balance, in full, prior to next rental.
